My husband and I was a first time buyer and we did not know where to start when looking for an agent. Liliane from HPT Reality was referred to us from our loan agency. I was so happy she was! Liliane was/has been to sweet and very patient with us when looking for our forever home. She never pushed us or tried to rush us into anything. She new what we wanted and always tried to get that much closer to our perfect home. Every time I called or texted her, she always answered or responded back very quickly to our requests. It took us a while to find our home because the market was so crazy, but she never gave up on us. She gave us the space we needed when we weren’t sure and the encouragement when we were sure. Her line of communication was opened to us anytime of the day or night. And when we didn’t understand something, she did her beat to find the answers for us and if she didn’t know, she found people who did. What I really liked about Liliane was that she was always willing to drive wherever and whenever we wanted to go to look at homes. Patience, kindness, honesty and encouragement are all the things Liliane possess in an agent and we would chose her again for us and any/all of our friends and family member's!
