Me and my wife wanted to buy a house in the same neighborhood we were renting. During a walk we came across a new listed home. We called Erick and ask him the possibility of us getting that home, and the steps needed to make it happen. He run our numbers and requested a tour of the house. Then he told us of things we needed to do, placed an offer, then counter then counter again. A week later he called us and congratulated us on getting our offer accepted. He got us our dream home 4 houses down of where we were renting. Erick Ciprian has been my go to Realtor since 2015.

She told me that she was co-branded with a loan officer and will forward my contact info to him. The following weekend, we met the loan officer and proceed with the pre-approval. I think all people had been here. Part of buying a home is putting the requirements altogether. We managed to provide everything. It was a waiting game close to the end. Let's just say that there were kinks along the way which I think is part of the experience. Somehow we managed to finish everything in a short span of time (not even 2 months). Crystal was knowledgeable, very helpful, and always there when we have questions. She was also there to listen to my complaints about the bank which handled our loan, this and that. She helped us every step of the way and didn't stop until we finally closed. We thank her for everything. We love our new home and our children love it. I would definitely recommend her.
