Wil was very polite and very low key,started sending me listings that matched what I was looking for. I took my time looked them up online and drove by some of them that I was interested in. Wil and I saw 2 homes before chancing upon this home and he drove down and showed me the house in the evening,I just liked the location,the size etc and told him to write up an offer. Wil was very professional and very efficient in doing the paperwork,explaining the process to me and was always available to answer a question. He was just such a pleasure to work with and the only realtor who hung in there with me.A lot of realtors sent me some listings but then faded away. Together Wil and I were able to bring this purchase to a successful close and I am a homeowner again.
