Me and my wife wanted to buy a house in the same neighborhood we were renting. During a walk we came across a new listed home. Thomas is the most knowledgable and dedicated realtor one could ever ask for! His daily searching and constant communication about properties he felt would be interested was so refreshing. Several times we were ready to stop trying to buy or stop trying to find the right home. Thomas would lift our spirit and assure us he would not give up! Not once was I disappointed in a home he would show me! He covered all of SD County from Menafee to Idylwild to Campo and finally suggested Borrego springs! Even though we qualified for a $340k home we asked Thomas to keep it under $250k! He found our castle for $215k. We chose Thomas over our own son in law, who owns a Realtor Firm! He did everything with unequaled enthusiasm. We consider Thomas to be a friend who cares about us! I would not hesitate to recommend Thomas to family or friends. We would still be stuck in a tiny, dark one bedroom 600 sq ft apartment that the rent was $500 more than our current mortgage. Our new place is open, bright 2 bedroom 1200 sq ft condo with patio and yard for our dog! I could talk about Thomas and our place forever. It should be noted that I took up many hours of his time and changed the requirements many times. Nothing discouraged him and even showed up to our apartment to rally us and encourage us to keep our heads up! Thanks to him my wife and I are new homeowners at 73 years old!
