We bought a home that was a short sale listing. <br/><br/>Ingrid helped us with a very difficult process, dealing with the bank and the seller and sometimes with a (rightfully) frustrated buyer (me) in a very professional and effective manner. <br/><br/>I already recommended her to a couple of friends and she would be my agent of choice if/when I decide to make another purchase.
