I can't say enough wonderful things about Nicole. We weren't sure we were ready to move yet, because we hadn't found a house we loved. Nicole not only found us our dream home but was able to get our offer accepted even though we hadn't even listed our house for sale yet!! She managed to make what could have been a rather stressful transaction based on contingencies go so incredibly smoothly!! She kept the lines of communication open and flowing between ourselves and the selling agent as well as the agent who was selling our home at the time. She made sure all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. We couldn't make our inspection on the home and she was there every step of the way taking notes and keeping us informed. We always felt that she kept our best interest as top of priority. Even after we closed and had a question or two about the house or something in it, she always reached out to the other realtor to have pur questions answered. She went above and beyond for my family amd we are so thankful!! We now have our forever home and are so happy and we have Nicole to thank for that! I would 100% recommend her services over and over again.

Maurice is a very experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent. I told him my expectations for my future home and he got right on it. After viewing the second property, I made a decision to move forward. Maurice submitted an offer on my behalf and it was accepted! He even negotiated 11k in seller concessions! Everything else was history from that point. Minor things came up during the escrow process, all of which were handled by Maurice.
