Bill follows through on all contractual tasks politely and on time. Understanding the limited service agency concept is important for the owner hiring his team as we, the owners, have chosen to take on a lot of responsibilities to save money. Thankfully if you find yourself overwhelmed or lacking time to fulfill the time sensitive responses to buyers or escrow, he offers a very competitive flat service package to take over the tasks and advise you they the offer to closing process. I chose to handle myself, but if a work project had popped up when it got busy with offers and negotiations, I was prepared to hire him to wrap up the sale so I could go work where I would make far more than I was saving do things myself. All work by Bill was completely correctly and on time.

The best and only realtor that I truly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home. He treated us with respect and made it a personal mission to help us with anything we needed. He is always busy, but he is also always very flexible with his schedules and ours. I only wish I can give more than 5 stars because he deserves more.

Gonzalo went over and above to help us find our dream home. Very knowledgeable on what he does. I will recommend him to all Family and Friends.
