We are first time home buyers, and Nahida made the entire experience as easy as buying a home can be. She responded to texts, emails, and phone calls so quickly throughout the entire process, and was excellent at answering our questions and explaining things to us in ways we could understand. We were very nervous about purchasing a home for many reasons, but one of the biggest was that we would not fully understand everything and would mess up on something important or get taken advantage of. Having Nahida by our side made us much more comfortable and confident because she was so knowledgeable about every piece of the process, from applying for a loan and looking at houses to making the offer and inspections and what to expect at closing.
