A very smooth transaction. I was kept informed at every step and overall very happy with this purchase.

Talia is very experienced and professional, and possesses clear expertise in the real estate market. She is the best agent I worked with so far. She’s patient—not pushy like some other agents who only care about the sell, and her strong negotiation skills has saved me more money than I expected. Furthermore, she kept us informed about every development during the process, and went out of her way to do extra work like ordering extra documents that may help me in the future. Beyond the real estate transaction, she also provided support by connecting us to the architect and builder. We cannot recommend Talia enough if you are looking for a great agent! You won’t be disappointed.
