Miriam was the realtor that assisted me in buying a house in 2015 and I was so grateful for her patience through the whole process. She answered all my texts and calls promptly and her demeanor is excellent very down to earth honest person. I contacted her when I was ready to sell my house in 2020, and she got it sold fast. She assisted me with my land purchase in San Diego County soon after. I will only do business with her due to her honesty, professionalism, and experience in the field.

I met Wilfrido online and called him and had a chat,explained to him as to what I was looking for and what I was pre qualified for . Wil was very polite and very low key,started sending me listings that matched what I was looking for. I took my time looked them up online and drove by some of them that I was interested in. Wil and I saw 2 homes before chancing upon this home and he drove down and showed me the house in the evening,I just liked the location,the size etc and told him to write up an offer. Wil was very professional and very efficient in doing the paperwork,explaining the process to me and was always available to answer a question. He was just such a pleasure to work with and the only realtor who hung in there with me.A lot of realtors sent me some listings but then faded away. Together Wil and I were able to bring this purchase to a successful close and I am a homeowner again. Like I told him on my last walk through,thanks for hanging in there with me,being patient and not pushy and just letting me take my time to find a home that will work for me. He is a wonderful person,I have a good friend in him. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home,without all the sales pitch. We lived out of town and Brenda came to show us houses on Mother's Day. She met with my son and worked with him very diligently. Brenda is very knowledgeable and she goes out of her way to do a good job for you, she is also a very kind and caring person. She still helped me even after the closing. I will always use her and I highly recommend her to everyone else.
