I cannot explain how much gratitude I have for Martha helping my girlfriend and I find our first home! From the beginning you could tell she was experienced, understood our needs, and worked with our budget and time frame! At one point we even entered escrow and she still sent us homes to look at! We back out of the first property and took the 2nd option we saw, it was a better opportunity and we found it because for Martha it wasn’t over! She made sure I got my money back from the first escrow and handled everything during closing the correct way! There was no hassle no fussing and she knows how to negotiate! Next time I need a realtor I know exactly who to call! I definitely feel like I winner with Martha and her team on my side!

Martha made both my first and now second home purchases easy, understandable, and efficient. 10 out of 10. The best!

Me encantó su servicio si lo recomiendo

Janice was great with the sale of our existing home and purchase of the new one. Would use her again and would recommend!

Janice Lovendahl is the absolute best realtor we've encountered. She was our parents' realtor. She sold them their last home. I noticed how she continued to be a part of their lives long after they settled into their new home and ultimately, Janice became a part of our family. After the death of my parents, Janice was right there, assisting us with not only our real estate questions and concerns, but helping us process our loss in anyway she could. She has been our realtor a few times now and her experience and expertise have been invaluable. We would recommend Janice Lovendahl to anyone looking for an ethical, experienced, expert realtor. She ALWAYS has her clients' interests first and foremost in mind and will do all that she can to insure that all parties are pleased.

I contacted Janice almost 2 years before the actual purchase and close of escrow in Temecula CA. We were selling in Northern California and picked the area of Temeku Hills. Janice sent us daily listing alerts and always answered our questions and concerns with the utmost knowledge . She never put pressure on us and had the patience of a Saint. When the perfect house became a coming soon status we decided to pull the trigger. Janice was able to negotiate with other agent and wrote an offer that was accepted before the property went on the market. We were able to sign all documents digitally and the inspections and repairs were overseen by Janice personally. Her training and professional services made the transaction go smoothly. Janice was also able to negotiate a rent back from sellers to make our long distance move less stressful. I highly recommend Janice Lovendahl 💕
