When Kirk chose to take us on as clients, he was agreeing to quite the challenge. We were relocating from about 6 hours away, wouldn’t be able to see most houses in person, had very little knowledge of the greater San Diego area, and had an extremely tight window in which we needed to be able to find a home, so our children could be settled before school started for the year. Kirk’s knowledge of the area, along with his experience in his field, led to a real estate transaction that was more professional, more honest, and went more smoothly than we could have ever imagined. Kirk went above and beyond every step of the way. His honesty was refreshing as he got to know us and knew when to tell us that certain houses just weren’t right for us. We put our trust in Kirk and he put our family in the home of our dreams. If you are looking for a real estate agent who will put your family first, you have found your match in Kirk Effinger.
