If you don’t know already, buying a home (especially in this market) is quite a roller coaster ride. I can’t recommend Martina enough! From her knowledge of the market, to her negotiation skills, to her attention to detail, we knew we were in great hands. We spent quite a bit of time with her going to showings, and thoroughly enjoyed being around her. She is honest, yet positive, and probably the most patient person I’ve met. My husband and I didn’t always agree, and she navigated that with grace, and always helped me see the bigger picture that the right house for both of us would find us and work out.
