Rick went well beyond my expectations. He was highly knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate market, building codes, contractor fields (electrical, roofing, plumbing, etc.), home insurance claims, the title company process, and so much more. He was always available to contact. He was quick to get back to me on the rare occasions he didn't answer my call, or didn't know the answer to a question I had. He always took the time to make sure I understood all the options available for each decision I made during the process. Overall my experience with him was very relaxing. I tend to excessively worry about things, but with his knowledge and professionalism my stress was minimal.
