I was sad to be selling the house of my sister, who had died. Such a difficult time for my family. To further the challenge, none of us lived in the same state, so we had to manage the transaction from a distance. My sister had long been ill, so there were complications to be handled and repairs to do on the house. We could not have asked for a better partner to help us with these challenges than Lisa Buchanen. She was a blessing at a difficult time. She is responsive and positive, offers creative solutions, works with a helpful staff, and is a skilled advocate and an ethical person. We highly recommend her, without hesitation.
