He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and understanding from the time of our initial conversation all the way through the closing of escrow. Luther was also very proactive from the beginning by obtaining city permit records pertaining to the house that were important in determining an appropriate sales price. His sales presentation book was very thorough and professionally done and completed in a very timely manner. He was also very helpful in providing contacts for handyman and other services which was a big timesaver for me. His assistant Jonathan was also very professional and helpful in moving the process through.
