Very knowledgeable; always available to answer questions; great communication - a joy to have on our side.

When we started our home buying process it was a nightmare. We were renting our house and were basically being forced to buy with only 7 days to pre-qualify per our landlord. Everything that could go wrong went wrong, BUT Rickii helped us. Besides being very resourceful, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator she was our advocate, educator, and stood up for what was right and made us feel like we were more than just another client. We are so grateful for how she executed this process from beginning to end. So, if you are wondering, look no further and hire her!
