Jim was awesome to help me navigate a very competitive market in a new area for us. We were setup with him through Trulia/Zillow when I expressed an interest in a home to see while visiting the area. From there he guided us on the neighborhoods and showed us a few properties making recommendation within our parameters and responding quickly when I found something. We did not win our first offer, but he guided us through the bidding process making suggestions about what to offer that would be competitive without going overboard. After we won an offer, he also helped prioritizing and coordinating repairs prior to move in! I would not hesitate to use him again.

I have to start off by saying how grateful we are for Genevieve! As first time buyers, Gen has made this experience much easier than we anticipated. All of the questions we had were answered with much knowledge, patience and grace. Gen was extremely helpful with some of the bumps we had during this process and had a solution before we had to ask. Communication with Gen was excellent, she matched our energy as we were always checking in and asking for updates. As first time buyers going in this crazy market, Gen has years of experience and information that benefited us during our home search. We always asked her for suggestions and trusted her advice. We were extremely active in our home search, weekdays and weekends and Gen was always down to show. We found our first home and Gen is still helping us sort through some things. Thank you Peter for all your hard work! When I say he is patient, this man is patient. We saw roughly about 10 homes and he was so informative about every property we saw. Never pushed us out of our comfort zone and he was always realistic on the numbers. He truly made us feel as his only clients, always available for any questions or concerns.
