Terry Sanchez and her team helped us a lot and are still helping us after closing. Alice was very helpful throughout the whole process from looking at homes up until 8-9pm with us to explaining and answering all our questions very fast. Due to our pickiness it made us finding our home a little longer but that didn’t stop them from wanting to work with us and continued with the same good attitude from day one to the day we closed. My family and I appreciate the hard work they have done for us through this journey. Terry and her team really know how this game works and are quick to find solutions , keeping us updated on everything that happens and how to move forward, even after the close of escrow we still contact Alice with some questions and concerns and she is very quick to respond and is still helping us with things that we need help with which is very appreciated. With that being said Terry Sanchez and her team were a great experience for us.
