The transaction involved a difficult seller situation, including family members who had not vacated the property as scheduled. Throughout the entire process, Anna handled every obstacle with remarkable patience, diplomacy, and determination. She worked tirelessly to keep the transaction moving forward while maintaining positive communication between all parties involved. When unexpected issues required an extension of the close of escrow, she skillfully navigated the negotiations in a way that kept both buyer and seller satisfied. Her ability to manage emotions, expectations, and complex logistics prevented the situation from deteriorating into conflict and helped preserve good relations between everyone involved. What could easily have become a stressful and potentially disastrous transaction remained manageable because of her expertise and professionalism. Beyond her outstanding work during negotiations, Anna went above and beyond by connecting us with reliable cleaning and junk-removal services, helping us prepare the property quickly and efficiently. Her network of trusted professionals saved us time, stress, and additional headaches during an already demanding process. What impressed us most was her commitment to finding solutions rather than focusing on problems. No matter what challenge arose, she was proactive, responsive, resourceful, and always looking out for our best interests. We felt supported every step of the way and always knew she was working hard behind the scenes to ensure a successful outcome. Thanks to her dedication, expertise, and exceptional people skills, we are now happily settled into our new home. We wholeheartedly recommend Anna Selvaggi to anyone looking for a real estate professional who consistently exceeds expectations. She turned a complicated transaction into a success, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for our family.
