Kim is such a fabulous agent and great to work with during the entire process. She is such a nice person and met all of our needs to find the house of our dreams. I know we will be working with her again when we decide to sell our rental property.

I was already out of state and needed her to step in and take care of everything from overseeing movers to hiring cleaners, handymen, gardeners and repair people on top of preparing my house to look its best for netting the highest possible selling price. She did everything within a week's time as promised, she jumped on the market opportunities, priced my property right and sold it in days way over selling price. Would I hire her again?
