Open letter to Kathy: Dear Kathy, Dear, dear Kathy! :-) I would like to express sincerest gratitude for all your diligence and hard work in making this such a great experience for me being a first-time home buyer! I've been a life-long renter and over the course of the last few months (from my knit-picky home preferences to keeping on top of all the odds and ends regarding the escrow process, seller/seller agent communications, and all the detailed explanations on not only the "how" the process goes, but the "why" the process goes as it does to get us to the signing table, you anticipated my questions before I even needed to ask them and always kept me knowledgeable pre and post-step EVERY step of the way without fail. Outside of just the buying process of my first home, on a personal note, I want to express my immense appreciation and gratitude for you taking out the time to educate me on the process, interactivities, and time tables. This education and all patience as we looked at so many properties helped me to have utmost self-confidence in my knowledge regarding the technical side real estate. For the education, all your helpful assistance and the major share you contributed to getting me to that closing table as seamlessly as you did, the crucial part you played in such a great teamwork partnership experience, I have to say I have come away with more knowledge and life skills thanks to you. There surely will be many more learning experiences for me when it comes to home ownership and surely that comes with hurdles and triumphs along the way, but on this search, purchase, escrow, and closing process I can say that I leave the closing table and the experience enlightened and empowered in a way that I cannot thank you enough for, Kathy! It was obvious from the outset that Christopher loves this career and that's vital, as you don't want to work with an agent who is only interested in the bottom line. What we wanted was more important to him. He is truly a gentleman. He exhibited patience where sometimes we had none. He stressed how important it was for us to make sure we were happy with the home we were moving into. Many times we felt we were usurping too much of Christopher's time because he always made himself available. If it didn't work out, we would have definitely tapped Christopher to help us until we found what we were looking for.

Roland had some great outside the box thinking that allowed us to sell our house and an overall great experience. I highly recommend Roland.
