Jeff Messer was the realtor for the first house we purchased in Perris, CA. He was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole buying process, he really cared about us, undoubtedly recognized our needs from the very first open house even gave us ideas on how better utilize the space in the house. As my wife and I were first-time homebuyers, Jeff was constantly available to respond to our fundamental questions and to show us the house any time we asked for. We were hesitant to list both homes with same realator due to the location of the homes. We knew we made the correct decision when the first home sold within 3 days of listing for cash, over the listing price. The 2nd home also was sold quickly 28 day escrow however Solar Co. and hazard weather at the location of their headquarters caused the delay for a month. Yet Escrow closed on the 2nd home within 3 months of listing. My husband passed away was the reason we sold both homes. Mason went beyond anything I expected in explaining each detail to me. Not being a techy, he walked me through Docusign etc. He even took my trash cans down our hill. The staging of our home was lovely.
