Bill provided a terrific personal sales experience. This was a sale of a 90 year old cabin that had been remodeled, but it is in a fairly sensitive area that required adhering to more than usual rules and regulations for the property. Bill and his assistant Kathey made sure all the correct government agencies were notified and paperwork was submitted. We had a few difficulties with the buyer that Bill and Kathey easily handled. It's a pleasure working with someone that is professional and highly knowledgeable in their trade.
