My husband and I looked and spoke with many agents and they all told us we couldn’t buy a home in the location we wanted that it was going to be hard to find, they discourage us from buying until a friend of my husband recommended art. And OMG let me tell you God sent him to help us out, in a month in a half we found our perfect home and close escrow! If you are looking for a home don’t look anywhere else Art is your guy.
