I highly recommend Jason and Brianna, they have been nothing less than amazing. Words cannot express how great our experience has been with them. We just made our first home purchase with them and the buying process was very daunting, as we had every kind of difficulty imaginable thrown at us. But to say they handled it with class and ease is an understatement. I can truly say they went above and beyond for us in buying our home. They actually care about you as a person and not just a way for their financial gain as we have experienced with other realtors. If it were not for them I do not believe our wishes would have come true of getting our dream home. They treated us like family and were patient, caring and listened to what we wanted. They also showed us homes in between this time, and although it took so long for us to settle on the home we wanted they were so kind. They never showed any frustration, and were so patient with us. They never rushed us to pick something they had in mind but showed us homes that we loved never pushing us into just any home. It is rare to find people like this. There are so many great things to say about Rocio! She is an amazing realtor; my husband and I were very happy that she was with us every step of the way to purchase our first home! As first-time home buyers, we were very nervous about buying a home since it is a big commitment and purchase. But Rocio did such a great job easing our nerves. I also have to say, Rocio is SO PATIENT! There were times that we were all for a home, then suddenly back out last minute because we were nervous, and she never rushed us into anything and respected our decision. I hear stories from family and friends saying how they felt pressured into buying a home they weren’t crazy about, but in our case, Rocio never pressured us to make an offer on a home we weren’t sure of. Every week she would send us a list of potential homes we would be seeing over the weekend and we would then tell her what we liked or didn’t like so she can see what else to look for in a home. Until we found our amazing home in Covina, and she made sure we got an amazing deal on it!! We couldn’t be happier!
