We stumbled upon Eugenia Colon while viewing an open house. At the time we were on the fence about moving forward with purchasing a house. Eugenia welcomed us to continue viewing homes she was showing that morning. We tagged along for a few properties and connected with her in the following days. Eugenia put us in contact with a lender and we were able to get started with our financial possibilities. Being a first time buyer meant, we had lot’s of questions and were at times anxious with the next steps. Eugenia was patient, responsive and available to assist and provide guidance. I would recommend Eugenia as your agent, she is kind and has a people person personality and is willing to help make your dream come through at the right time for you.

Marty was very helpful on our search for a home. Weekends with Marty were enjoyable.
