He recently handled the sale of our Single family home in South Fontana. From start to finish, he handled every detail with total engagement, care, and professional expertise. He suggested a selling price, but wanted to make sure we would be comfortable with that result if it was our highest offer. He was sure that the price would bring in a number of offers, and was confident that we would get well over our asking price. Did we ever - we received 11 offers and sold for a whopping $10,000 over list price! We know the market is nuts these days, but we believe it was his knowledge of the best way to price our home that brought us such a huge windfall. ??
