He researched all the properties we were interested in ahead of time, answered all our questions, patiently walked us through the whole process and was able to expedite the paper work so we could close on our property quicker than expected. I sold my condo and was in the market for a new place. I was wanting to explore what type of place I would want to live in next, whether it be a single family home, another condo, or a attached townhome. I was also debating what area to live in.
