As first time home buyers and with very low knowledge of the real estate market, we were a little nervous to start the process. When I called Susann to inquire about a property, she was very friendly, I let her know that I was a little far from the location and she was very flexible in scheduling our first viewing. Susann shared a lot of her knowledge and gave us very good advice, from the beginning all the way to the end. She was always there to answer our questions and guide us in the right direction when we needed help. Susann has taken the time to follow up with us even after the process was finalized, and to me that is very important because we don't feel as if we are just another number or another completed sale, we feel appreciated. I've heard from friends and family that the process of buying a home was a very difficult and stressful one, but for us, it never felt like that, we never felt stressed, nor worried that our process wouldn't work out. I'm extremely satisfied of how everything worked out, how easy it was, the time it took and most of all Susann's help in becoming homeowners for the first time. I would 1000 times recommend Susann and her team.

Holly assisted us through and extremely emotional and difficult sale of our parents home. Even before we signed her as our agent she would pick up the phone and answer questions, even stopped by and gave us some advice about what we needed to do to be ready to sell. She was honest, upfront and professional through the entire process. Bringing closure to this chapter on our lives was one of the most difficult things we have had to do, becoming harder with every closet, room, drawer we opened. I cant imagine doing this with any other realtor than Holly Silva. Holly would see ahead to the bumps in the road and had them smoothed out before it was an issue for us. She was honest, upfront, actually did what she said she was going to do, when she said she would do it, and she kept us informed with every single step. Every transaction should be handled in such a manner. Holly went above and beyond to make sure this process so much better for our family. We will always be grateful for all she did.
