When we had problems with closing he worked overtime, after hours to get the problem resolved. I have worked with Jim on 5 different home transactions and I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. His knowledge of the market and timing has been perfect. Even after the transaction Jim was available to help us with gardeners, contractors or a handyman. I feel Jim is honest and a trustworthy person
