Mr. Pelayo was attentive to our needs and was beyond the call of duty to inquire about details of the property that we were interested in purchasing. He wanted us to be comfortable and satisfied with what the property offered - not just push a sale. He communicates well and does not let open questions linger. Also, he follows up even after the sale is complete and keys are in hand.

Rachael Smith, our Big Bear Lake Re/Max agent, was easy to work as we went through the process of putting our cabin on the market. She was very knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process. She is very active in the Big Bear Lake housing market, nailed our listing price, and she was gentle and insightful as to negotiations. We are very happy we chose her and her out of all the agents in the Big Bear area.....If you are looking to buy or sell up in the mountains - call and talk to her, she is the bomb!
