Shelli knows the market and told me from the start of our listing that the market was very slow and it would take a few months to sell our home but that it would sell. She was right. Then she advised us on the price we should try to use to attract a buyer but not go as low as some had as our home had more to offer. She was right. Shelli dealt with everyone involved professionally and kindly. I am happy to have chosen her as the agent to list and sell our home. michelle did an excellent job of guiding me through the process of selling the house - reading the market, prepping the house for sale and following through will all potential buyers and their inquiries. She listened to my concerns and came up with solutions and information that made my selling process easy.
