This was our 5th real estate transaction, both buying and selling mobile homes. It became really tough at the end, sadly. Everything was going well and then property management chose to make all things very difficult. Through no fault of our own. She was great and really came through to resolve EVERYTHING ! Escrow closed. I was happy, the new owners were thrilled and it was finally win-win for all of us! Nobody did anything wrong on our side, but stuff happens.
