Once we struck up a a partnership to sell the house, I was not disappointed at any point in Jim's very professional work. As we progressed on the selling journey, I found Jim to be very personable, which made our discussions easy. We had multiple buyers that had their own issues, so Jim led me through the unexpected issues with adaptability and calmness. I live in Northern California, so communication was a key element.
