It's difficult to put into words how amazing our experience has been with Jessica. We not only live outside or Portland, we live outside of the US and her dedication and professionalism is unmatched. In addition to project managing repairs that were required to even put the house on the market, we got near full price offer within 60 days. But then a huge ice storm ripped through Portland and cause $70k worth of flood damage. Jessica also project managed the repairs and coordinated contractors, insurance, realtors, HOA and others.
