For selling our home, she made recommendations along the way that not only got our home sold quickly, but at our list price after receiving multiple offers! Marlene provided us all the background research to backup her proposed selling price and helped set expectations for the process. She brought in and/or recommended experts for staging, painting, general repairs, termite fumigation, etc. She was super responsive to any and all of our concerns and questions, and even ended up staging our home herself (it was gorgeous!). Marlene also provides a personal touch with things like checking on our home/bringing in our mail when we were traveling and couldn't keep up with it at that time.
