I have had the pleasure of buying my second home using Cary as my representative. In this transaction, he took care of two sales, my fiance's property, and my condo, while also searching for our new home. Cary managed all transactions in our best interest and was diligent in keeping my fiance and me up to date on everything. Cary really goes the extra mile for his clients. He gave great advice and steered me towards the right properties. He was very responsive to my requests and accommodated my hectic schedule. I was in escrow within the month. He negotiated a great deal and I was able to purchase the property below asking price which is quite unheard of these days. He also helped negotiate for seller’s credit towards my closing cost which really helped with the repairs that needed to be done in the house. Along with being a real estate agent, Walid is also a lender. I already had a lender I was working with so I did not use Walid as my lender but he was always available to answer all my loan related questions which was a big plus. He made the process really easy and painless for me. Walid is also a contractor and can take care of all home repair needs quickly and efficiently. I needed to change the floors in my home. Walid brought over the samples and gave me an estimate. I took forever to pick out my floors. Looked at dozens of samples. Once I made a decision though, Walid moved fast and I had my new floors installed within the week. My floors look beautiful and I’m very happy with the whole process. Walid continues to keep in touch and gives me advice and recommendations. I continue to pick his brain as I work on different projects around the house. He truly works hard for his clients and builds a lasting relationship. I happily recommend him to all my family and friends.

Danny has such a unique ability to vet out real buyers from those just wanting to LOOK! Selling your home is a stressful time but having an agent that won't waste your time with potential buyers that aren't qualified to begin with is admirable. Instead of a parade of buyers running through your home just to make it look like someone is doing their job, he brought in only those buyers truly qualified and ready to buy. Sonia sold another house for us! She got an offer the first open house and that offer closed. Her intricate knowledge of Real state in the area helps her understand the market like very few in her field. This is now our 8th transaction with Sonia, we are looking forward to at least 8 more.
