Javier did an amazing job! Javier is very knowledgeable, knows the market very well and will make sure that everything is set and ready to go for your new home! Javier guided us through the whole process and made sure we understood every step. He found us the perfect home and we’re extremely satisfied with his work.

We really appreciated how Javier went above and beyond to help us during every stage of the process: When my parents bought their dream home they were shopping street by street. When we shopped for our dream home, we were shopping city by city. It is a very competitive market full of joy, anxiety and the sense of failure when offers get denied. It is a very tough market, but Javier always saw the best interest for us and gave us his professional advice on each city, like taxes, market value, home repair cost, remodeling and anything else we didn't have a clue about. Javier did the impossible and helped us get our dream home in our desired city. We got our dream home under asking price, desired city, with instant equity and seller credit. What more could we ask in this competitive market. With Javier on your side, nothing is impossible.

This is now my second transaction with Javier and this one was even smoother than the first one. Javier is a professional that truly advocates for his clients and makes sure that his clients are getting the best deal possible. He is very thorough and wouldn’t let you sign anything he wouldn’t. He treats you like family and will constantly be contact with you every step of the way while in escrow and even while house hunting. Javier will continue to receive my business and I will gladly recommend all friends and family to him.
