Sandra and Team, Helped our family sell our home in October 2021 really fast. We made a decision to sell on a Wednesday, house was put up for sale on a Friday and we accepted an offer on the following Monday. House sold above asking price. Her team sold our home to us back in 2016. She and her team helped us buy our new home in August of 2022. Much bigger, better and newer home for good dollar. Mercedes took over

I had already hired a real estate agent on the recommendation of a friend. The house sat for 6 months without a single interest. I fired her and hired Mercedes and within 2 months I had many interest ended with a 3 person bidding on my home! I am super glad I went with her and didn't listen to the other agent who said my home was over priced . Mercedes explained all docs to be signed as I am super busy myself and didn't alway have time to read. Some legal documents arent easy to understand.
