Erika helped us through a “stickier situation” then we had anticipated upon the starting to sell our house in Los Angeles County. When I say she jumped through hoops to get things done for us, I mean she LITERALLY jumped through hoops! Erika is so friendly, and SO personable with buyers as well as an agents. And she definitely knows everything and anything having to do with purchasing and selling real estate! Even the most obscure things that come up, she knows how to deal with it or she figures out how to deal with it.
