Carlos knows the market very well in addition to his strong communication and negotiating skills, he was able to have the seller choose us to buy the property versus the other buyers with competitive offers. He was on top and always updates us where we are at in the process from securing our offer from the seller to getting our mortgage loan approved. He is very professional, willing to give his ideas but never pushes it. He offers choices on what to take and allows us to make our decisions. He works hard even after business hours and weekends. He even worked while on a 9- hour trip on the road on his way to a family event just to get the property for us and he did it in less than a month. Carlos and his team is very dependable, trustworthy and excellent in what they do! I definitely recommend him to my family and anyone I know who has real estate needs.

Carlos is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate profession, he knew when the best time to sell was, knew how the house should look during phototshoot and was very familiar with the geographic area, despite the area being relatively new to him...HE DOES HIS HOMEWORK!!! During every phase of the selling cycle he kept me in the loop, explained various options and clearly communicated whenever a hiccup developed (as sometimes happens). Through it all, Carlos was confident, was prepared for any situation and had back-up plans laid out way in advance if a situation arose. , My only question to YOU, the seller...is why isn't Carlos your agent??? I would like to start of by saying I am not the most trusting person and have trouble letting people help me because of it but with that being said I would recommend rosemary to my family and friends she was driving around from city to city some of them being over and hour away from each other trying to find me and my husband the best home for us she would show us multiple homes on the same day spending hours with us I did not have to chase around for updates because she was on top of everything updating me with calls and texts I look forward to working with Rosemarry & Miguel again thank you both so much I know I wasn’t the easiest client 🙏🏻💕
