We are from the Midwest and were looking to relocate to California, somewhere in the Palm Springs/Rancho/Palm Desert area. We did not have a relator and as we were looking at homes online we decided to call the realtor of a home that really stood out to us...that realtor was Anne and we count our lucky stars that we found her and hired her to represent us. Anne knows the area, learned what we were looking for in a home and we could tell that she really listened. What was really impressive is that we found a home that we were interested in...however, Anne was traveling and out of the country. Incredibly, with an 8 hour time difference, she was all over it...helped us make an offer, followed up, coached us through the process which resulted in us having an offer accepted. We not only found a great realtor but we met a new friend in California...most appreciated by us from the Midwest. We highly recommend Anne.
