Lynda has worked with us with two other home sales in the past decade so, of course, we immediately called her to help us out with this third property when the need arose. Lynda is so responsive and knowledgeable about the market and everything else involved with a home sale and was always available for our questions and calls, so important in particular as we are out of the area. Lynda went all out immediately to get our property sold quickly. She set up and managed the sale process with attention to detail and kept in constant contact with us with updates and the sale was completed painlessly. Her time and great effort on our behalf is so appreciated. We absolutely could not have made a better choice of agent for any of our transactions and anyone calling upon Lynda for a property sale or purchase will be very happy.

Like I said she made everything easy. Any thing that came up like the septic tank failed inspection and she got me 3 different quotes and because of that it saved me about 2000 dollars. Didn't seem like she was there to get a check for the least amount of work she went above and beyond. Would recommend her to anyone.

Sam went above and beyond in every aspect of our transaction. We live out of state and needed to quickly market and sell my father in law's house due to his admission to a hospice home. He sent a notary to the hospital, he and his wife helped us clean the house, donate clothes, move furniture, hire repair people etc. and the list goes on.
