After deciding to sell our home after 22 years, there was no doubt when deciding on a realtor. We knew Kathleen was the one to get our house sold. She carefully walked us through each step of the process while in constant communication. This was all during the sharp increase in interest rates and the shift in the buyer pool adjusting to higher mortgage payments. Despite these uncontrollable and unnerving events, Kathleen assured us by carefully managing the new environment and finding a qualified buyer! Her “out-of-the-box” thinking and strategy in every step was comforting and a testimony to her years of experience. We even received a price slightly over ask while many other homes were cutting theirs. While experiencing her commitment and deep knowledge in the housing market, we then decided to recruit her in the search for our new home. Although we were told by another realtor that buying a house contingent in the area we were looking was not going to be easy, Kathleen pulled it off without a hitch. Her relationship building between the realtors representing our buyers’ and our new home was nothing less than remarkable! There’s no doubt in our mind we made the right choice with Kathleen representing us on both and would not hesitate to use her again and recommend her to others! Thanks Kathleen, you exceeded our expectation from beginning to end! You deserve a six (6) out of a five (5) star top rating!
