We utilized Mike to look for a new home and were blown away by his genuine demeanor, attention to detail, thoroughness, and professionalism. We were so impressed with him that we immediately enlisted him to sell the previous home. We weren’t disappointed! We would highly recommend Mike to anyone seeking a skilled real estate representative, whether buying or selling.

Mr Marty did a marvelous job selling my previous home and purchasing my new home. He has at least fifteen to twenty years experience in the real estate industry and is very knowledgeable plus very easy to talk to and get along with. I have already recommended him to various neighbors of my old neighborhood and I recommend him to anybody. He always responds even after business hours and on the weekends to help out in any way he can. He even became a part of the Navy Federal Credit Union's Realty Plus Program halfway through our transaction knowing that a percentage of his commission would be coming back to me but he realized that the program would bring him even more business in the future. He also fought for us and got five thousand dollars extra out of the sellers of our home when the inspector found some minor defects. All in all a wonderful experience with Mr Marty and I can't say enough about him!

Art Casas is hands down the best agent out there! He understood our needs and what we were looking for. My husband and I looked and spoke with many agents and they all told us we couldn’t buy a home in the location we wanted that it was going to be hard to find, they discourage us from buying until a friend of my husband recommended art. And OMG let me tell you God sent him to help us out, in a month in a half we found our perfect home and close escrow! If you are looking for a home don’t look anywhere else Art is your guy. Art and his assistant Bonnie made everything so simple, easy to understand, stress free. We already referred a few friends and family to him. He is the best. Thank you art for your patience and understanding. From the Medina Family we appreciate all your hard work and dedication. God bless you :)
