Corey guided us from start to finish with the sale of our home. It was a difficult home to sell due to its rural location. His knowledge of the market, negotiating skills and professionalism resulted in a successful sale. He was always available to answer our questions. He went way beyond our expectations in finding just the right buyer and he he obtained the asking price in full. We are so grateful for all his efforts on our behalf. Corey has our highest recommendation.

Corey was not my agent, he was the buyer's agent, but he was very easy to work with and since buyers were out of state I dealt with Cory on several occasion. He was professional and polite and kept on top of everything that needed to be done for his clients to meet all the deadlines. He also, gave me a nice bouquet of flowers after the close to say thank you for all my help during the purchasing process. Which was more than my own agents did after the close, which was very disappointing and unprofessional that my agent did nothing in the way of a thank you.

I have used Corey Murphy on several real estate transactions as both a buyer and seller. I keep coming back because he is the best agent I have ever worked with. Of course he's at the top of his class in professionalism, communication and knowledge, but he stands out in other areas that are equally important to me and perhaps to you as well. Above all, he's honest and has the highest ethical standards. He listens more than he talks because he wants to hear exactly what you want. What he wants is the best possible deal for you. He asks the right questions and gets the answers. He does his research and uses his professional experience to anticipate potential obstacles and delays that others might miss. He wants to hear your ideas and insights and uses his knowledge to make suggestions about possible actions and directions you may not have considered. He doesn't rush you into decisions, but when you have decided, he's always available for discussion, advice or action. He makes you feel like you're his only client. Corey has a whole network of professional contacts that he's worked with over the years who all help make the transaction go as smoothly as possible. The escrow company, the home inspector, home stagers, and service people are all individuals and companies he knows and trusts. They all work together to make things happen. So I recommend Murph without hesitation. He's become a trusted advisor for me and I'm sure he'll do the best job possible for you as well.

Our family had hired Ms. Davalos to help us sell a primary residence and a vacant lot. After her exceptional service with our family members, I decided to hire her to sell a vacation property. She helped me to understand the process, what had to be done and what I could decline to do. She was so patient with me and helped me to trust the process. When I would have settled for less, she suggested a counter offer. I am so grateful I followed her advice. I would not hesitate to hire her again for her trustworthiness, professionalism, tireless work ethic and exceptional service.

Raquel is awesome!! Any time we had a question or concern she would answer, it didn't matter the time or if it was during the weekend. When she first saw our house she let us know what inspectors would look for so we can fix them before he came to inspect.

Raquel has helped me buy a home and sell a home and has gone absolve and beyond for me. Always there to answer any questions I had. I recommend her 100% and can call her my friend.
