Allison was great! In fact, we have bought and sold several homes over the last 5 years, and she was the absolute best agent we worked with. Very knowledgeable about the Palm Springs market, especially marketing our property as a short term rental resulting in a higher then expected return. Really enjoyed woking with her and highly recommend for your real estate transactions.

Iris came highly recommended to me by a former high school classmate. I am delighted I selected Iris to list the property for sale. She was always on time, polite and professional. She guided me through the entire sales process, keeping me up to date. She was able to get more than the listed price for the property. Once the property went live on the MLS, she had showings scheduled for the next three days with an offer being received on the sixth day and an offer being accepted on the seventh day. Quick sale! If you want an agent that is very professional at her job, then Iris Stricklin is the one for you.
