Mr. Pelayo was attentive to our needs and was beyond the call of duty to inquire about details of the property that we were interested in purchasing. He wanted us to be comfortable and satisfied with what the property offered - not just push a sale. He communicates well and does not let open questions linger. Also, he follows up even after the sale is complete and keys are in hand.

Best Agent

Tracy “Kim” was absolutely the best at helping me purchase my first home. She is knowledgeable in the field and made sure we were ready with everything before we made offers. Her and her team were quick to help us when it came to close escrow. We had a few setbacks that were due to the seller and she was knowledgeable to assist them so that we would close on time. She guides you through every step of the way. Always available and when we needed her (which was often because I had a lot of questions) I recommend her 10/10 to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is amazing the best out there!
