There is so much i want to say about Felix and his team but I don't think I will have enough space to express my gratitude. I want to share that Felix went over and beyond for us to get the house of our dreams. The home he got us, had me and my family dreaming on the "what if" Imagine if we got this house? Me and my family laughed about the listing because it is the biggest house on the cul-da-sac st. Out of curiosity, I texted Felix to get us an appointment to see the house and he did. As soon as we walked in the house, it felt like home. Although, we knew we did not qualify for a home as we knew it would be sold higher that what we qualified and had 18 offers. Felix went ahead and submitted an offer. Of course, our offer was the lowest one. Two days later, our offer was accepted. We were shocked and felt it was a mistake. However, when Felix started to work with the sellers agent, he noticed a little hiccups along the way. It did not stopped Felix from making this purchase happen. Felix and his team worked day and night to get us in our dream home. Felix was able to close escrow in less than 14-days. Our offer was submitted October 6th, Escrow closed October 19th, 2022. Felix is very dedicated to helping his clients that others notice his work. In fact, the sellers agent asked Felix to help her sell properties she has available. I highly recommend Felix for your first-time buyer needs. Felix will not disappoint you.
