He did a great job negotiating for this property and acquiring all the fixes we needed. Price was reasonable and he was always reachable throughout. Great job to procure our new home!

As a first-time home buyer, Nora provided me with invaluable guidance and insight in a wild market. Over the course of several months, she was patient in helping me find the perfect property that suited my somewhat strict criteria, and continually reassured me that things would eventually go my way as I was being outbid, offer after offer. Her skills with negotiation and quick planning ultimately are what led to one of my offers being accepted. She expertly steered me through every step of the closing process and carefully and thoughtfully answered every question I had along the way. As my work required me to be out of town most of the month I was closing, Nora was very accommodating in making sure the process stayed on track and thoroughly communicated every detail to me. Even after moving into my new place Nora takes the time to answer any continuing questions I have and always comes with great recommendations for repair people. Nora came recommended to me through a family friend and now, with how much she has helped me find my ideal home, I am recommending her to friends, family, and any stranger who even mentions they’re looking to buy!
